Patty Pringle, EA, is an Enrolled Agent and is licensed to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Patty has extensive experience in federal and state taxation and has worked for several local tax offices in the San Francisco Bay area. She is a member of both the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and the California Society of Enrolled Agents (CSEA). She is currently President of the East Bay Association of Enrolled Agents Chapter and is continuing her tax representation studies to become a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute. Patty is also currently Vice-President of the Estate Planning Council of Southern Alameda County.

Linda Koziol, MBA, EA, is an Enrolled Agent and is licensed to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Linda has an extensive accounting background and federal and state taxation experience, having worked for several local tax offices in the San Francisco Bay area. She is a member of both the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and the California Society of Enrolled Agents (CSEA). She is currently Secretary of the East Bay Association of Enrolled Agents Chapter and is continuing her tax representation studies to become a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute.
